Went here with a group of 5 women and not one of us could stand their soup, it taste and smelt TERRIBLE. Their bathroom was disgusting. The main entree for lunch was O.K. but nothing that I would get again. All in all, I would not waste money at the Dragon Inn EVER AGAIN.

My husband and I were new to Tallahassee and it was the first birthday of our first baby - indeed a special event for us. We were looking for catering services providing Indian cuisine. Tallahassee has very few Indian restaurants and hence, it was easy to personally check and select the restaurant. We placed our catering order with Essence of India Manager. When we received the service, we were more than delighted. Most importantly - the quantity was not comprised at all when we first saw the trays. After that, when the guests and our family started to taste the food - it was simply awesome. The restaurant not only performed exceptionally well on delivering the quanitity, but also quality. Indeed very good authentic North Indian food served in Tallahassee! A full rating from all of us. Highly Recommended. All dishes were very good - Samosa, Matar Paneer, Malai Kofta, Butter Chicken, Jeera Rice, Butter Naan, Ras Malai. Thank you Essence of India!!!!

El Jalisco Kerry Forest, Not a very good first impression, Or waiter seamed like he was in a very bad mood, never gave us his name, could not recommend any meals. We ordered the Prime rib and the Shrimp, Lets just say it did not look like the pictures. We ordered Margaritas, not very good so we ordered them with a shot of Quantro, we are still not sure they ever put Quantro in them. Came time for the bill, The waiter brought it, I paid with a $100 bill, he comes back and goes to hand me the change, and stops and says he forgot to charge me for the Quantro shots, So he takes it upon himself to tale cash from my change. he never came back with a receipt. I put the change back in my pocket, in the meantime the waiter comes back and puts his arms around my date and tells her "She" need to leave him a big tip, he said this twice, He moved away when a started to get up and confront him. Anyway when we got home I checked my change and the waiter removed $30.00 for the Shots. I wonder were that money ended up? I called the manager Chris, He would not be there till the next Tuesday. I call him on Tuesday and reported what had happened, He did not ever have the courtesy to call me back with his findings and an apology, So I called him 3 days later. He offered no apology, and basically did not care what happened. So if you want to spend $89.00 on 2 mediorcre dinners and a couple of Magaritas, with bad service, then try El Jaliscos

There really isn't many Indian restaurants to choose from in town. While the food is okay, they probably shouldn't have included the name Rat in the name of the restaurant. For those people that aren't very familiar with Indian food they may be hesitant to try something not knowing exactly whats in the food there eating (taste like chicken...could be rat).

Decent Thai food for the Tallahassee area (not nearly as good as New York City, but not many places are). For those individuals THAT can appreciate spicy food this joint satisfies. I enjoyed the red curry chicken with potatoes and it was nice and tasty.

Very Yummy Burgers, I suggest ordering the smaller of the two! The Fries are simply the best in town. It isnt the quietest place in town but then again it's a burger joint. We will be regulars for sure!

Unfortunately for them, first impressions are hard to shake. Tried this place once after having it recommended by a friend and although it was edible I probably won't try it again for quite a while, if ever. For me, wings have to be nice and crispy and these weren't even close. They were cooked, but just barely. The sauce was very good and saved the day, but I'm not sure it's enough to get me to go back if they can't cook them the way you ask.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I was not entirely impressed. The "atmosphere" of the restaurant was nice and relaxing, but that's it. Perhaps my server was having a bad day, but we sure didn't feel "special" during our dining experience. There was some snide remark made about a dish I ordered; we had to ask for our bread several times; and though my Shrimp Portofino was tasty, it was entirely too greasy/buttery and not as enjoyable as I would have liked. Maybe the chef was having a bad day as well. Fortunately for the waiter, my husband was the one leaving the tip, and not me. My husband is quick to give others the benefit of the doubt; me, on the other hand, feel that there is no excuse for bad service...
